Every projector from Sony Professional comes with a PrimeSupport contract that provides:

  • We support to EU, Norway and Switzerland
  • Comprehensive, detailed advice available from 09:00 – 18:00 CET
  • Repair work carried out swiftly by certified engineers at a Sony Professional repair centre
And now you can benefit from even more support when you purchase from our installation, portable and home-cinema projector ranges.

With a PrimeSupport Plus upgrade, you can enhance your projector’s warranty to meet additional support requirements. There are three options available:

  • 3-year uplift – enhance the fantastic benefits of a regular PrimeSupport contract with faster response times and next-working-day delivery
  • 5-year support – extend your existing three-year PrimeSupport contract by two years for extra peace of mind
  • 5-year uplift – enhance your five-year support contract with faster response times and next-working-day delivery

How do I upgrade to PrimeSupport Plus?
