Traditionally, projectors give you a choice of only two brightness settings: high or standard. We understand how limiting this can be – so our Short Throw and E-Series all feature three brightness modes:

New Eco mode saves power and costs

Each projector features our new Eco mode, ensuring you benefit from low total cost of ownership. Selecting Eco mode means:

• Lamp savings – the projector lamp automatically turns off after 10 minutes with no input signal, so you save on electricity, your lamp lasts longer and you reduce your replacement costs.
• Environmental savings – because you automatically use less electricity (especially when users neglect to turn the projector off after use), you always consider the environment.

More savings with longer-lasting lamp

As well as our money-saving Eco mode, the projectors can further reduce your costs with a longer-lasting lamp. Our newly developed high-performance lamp and advanced lamp-control technology deliver an exceptionally long lamp replacement time of up to 6,000 hours – 20% longer than conventional models.

Easy-to-use high performance

To ensure total ease-of-use, all the projector controls are simple to access and operate, including the 1-button brightness control. As ever, you can be completely confident of superior Sony performance – from outstanding contrast ratio to our industry-leading 3LCD BrightEra technology.
