What you can expect from Sony
Site Survey. Planning is key for a successful installation. So before you start, we'll inspect your site to make sure everything is ready for the delivery and positioning of PetaSite.
Library Set-up. Everything you need to get started once PetaSite arrives. From unpacking and positioning, to powering up and initialising the PetaSite system for you.
Basic Integration. This predefined service ensures the connectivity of your PetaSite system to one host server within your environment. Basic backup & restore functions can be demonstrated as necessary using any preconfigured software if operational at the time of integration.
Custom integration. This flexible, tailor-made service is designed to meet your full integration requirements and timescales. Sony would need to scope your requirements prior to quotation.
